Linda Hernandez joined the legal department of Title Resources Guaranty Company as Florida underwriting counsel in August 2007. She has 40 years of experience encompassing all facets of the title industry from closings to searches and examinations of title. Linda has worked as underwriter counsel for two national underwriting companies servicing agents throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Linda received her Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson College of Law and is a long-time resident of Pinellas County. She currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.
