Richard is in his 22nd
year of practicing law and joined Title Resources Guaranty Company in September 2006. He spent
nine years in private practice as a fee attorney where he handled real estate
litigation and bankruptcy.
Richard is a 1981 graduate
of the University of Texas at Arlington and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence
from the University of Houston in 1985.
