Paul McNutt

Executive Vice President/General Counsel

Paul has worked in the agency, the closing, and the underwriting sides of the title industry. With 38 years of title experience, he has taught title insurance personnel on real estate law, title insurance rules, and changes in laws affecting the title insurance industry. He is active in the Texas Land Title Association and is presently a member of the Regulatory Committee and is a frequent speaker at seminars.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with both an undergraduate degree and a law degree. He joined Title Resources Guaranty Company in 1990 and is Executive Vice President/General Counsel of the company.
