Wade joined Title Resources in April 2006. His previous experience in the title industry includes general counsel to an independent title agent doing business in several states. He has also practiced real estate and business law in Houston and Dallas.
Wade received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
Pete joined Title Resources in September of 2013. He has been active in the title insurance industry since 1985, both in private practice representing mortgage lenders and title insurance companies. He has also served as in house counsel supporting a national title insurance company and as state and national underwriting counsel supporting a network of title insurance agencies.
Pete received his undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
Sarah joined Title Resources as
underwriting counsel in May 2015. Prior to joining the company, Sarah
acted as a national underwriting counsel and claims counsel for a national
title insurer. Her past experience also includes serving as Texas
underwriting counsel for another nationwide title insurer and as a closing
attorney in private practice.
Sarah received her undergraduate
degree from St. Mary’s University and her law degree from Loyola University New

underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company, specializing in

Doug Danielson has joined the company as Vice President, Midwest Agency Manager and Regional Underwriting Counsel. Doug began his career in the Title Insurance Industry in 1996 as an Underwriting Counsel and Claims Administrator. In 2004, Doug joined a national underwriter as Vice President, Illinois Agency Manager and Underwriting Counsel where he served existing title agents and successfully recruited many new title agents. For the past eight years, Doug has been engaged in the private practice of law with a small boutique law firm.
Doug received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and received his Juris Doctor Degree from The John Marshall Law School. Doug is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before both the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Frank J. McGovern joined Title Resources in January 2012 as Northeast Underwriting Counsel. He started his title career in 1997, as an attorney and title agent with a real estate firm and title insurance agency and has held positions as underwriting counsel and general counsel with regional and national title insurance companies. Frank has presented numerous continuing educations seminars on title insurance topics. He was awarded the professional designation of Certified Land Title Professional by the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA) where he serves or chairs multiple committees. He is currently the President of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Frank is a graduate of Widener University where he earned a B.S., M.B.A., and J.D. In addition, he received a M.S. from the London School of Economics, and holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

Moira E. Hogan joined Title
Resources in 2014 as Sr. Underwriting Specialist. In addition to providing expert underwriting
guidance, Moira will support our continuing education initiatives throughout
the Eastern region.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Los
Angeles, Moira and her family moved to Pennsylvania in 1998, and she has been
in the title industry since that time. Moira’s experience with all parts
of the closing process as a licensed title
agent/producer in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey is an asset to our agents in
the region. As a former Vice President of an independent Pennsylvania
title agency prior to joining Title Resources, Moira brings an agent’s
perspective to our Eastern Region underwriting team.

Janelle began work in a
litigation practice as a contract attorney in 2006, and later worked in
commercial litigation, where she provided guidance to the general counsel and
officers of multi-million dollar financial institutions. Janelle went on to work for
a national title insurance company where she directly managed a litigation portfolio, developing
case strategy, evaluation of risk and all aspects of the civil litigation
process. She also represented the company in litigation involving real property

Sandy joined TRGC in January,
2011 as Agency Support and Underwriting Counsel Assistant for Mid-Atlantic
Regional Counsel. She has been employed in the title industry since February,
1986. During her career, Sandy experienced many aspects of the title business.
In her early years she examined titles and conducted settlements for
developer/builder lot purchases and residential out-sales. She later became a
commercial processor for many years. Sandy subsequently joined the agency
department where her duties included a wide array of responsibilities. Sandy
has assisted agency underwriting counsel, provided underwriting support for
agents, assisted with rate/form filings, claims and indemnities. She is actively
involved with coordination and preparation of continuing education seminars
provided to title producers. She also assists the Audit Department with state
statutory annual auditing requirements and all aspects of agency licensing

Mickey joined the Title Resources Florida Underwriting Team in March 2010 as a Florida State Underwriter. He began his title career in 1992 as in-house counsel for a large title agency in St. Louis, Missouri and began underwriting in Florida in 2000. Mickey has held various underwriting positions during his 18 year career: Area Underwriting Counsel, Assistant State Counsel, Florida State Agency Underwriting, Major Transactions Counsel, and has managed various underwriting and commercial customer service departments.
He received his undergraduate degree in History in 1989 from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana and his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University College of Law in 1992. Mickey was admitted into the Louisiana Bar Association in 1995.

Rhia started her title insurance
career almost 20 years ago during high school and college, working part-time in
her family’s title agency. She graduated with a degree in English
Literature from University of South Florida in 2000 and then went on to receive
her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. Subsequent
to law school, Rhia went to work for a large national title company where she
delved into commercial title work and transactions. She continued there
for a couple of years before going back to work at her family’s title agency in
the Tampa area. There she took on multiple roles, initially a closer of
residential and commercial transactions and eventually working her way up to
President in 2009. After the sale of the agency, she came to work for
Title Resources in December of 2014.

Michael began his career in the title industry in 1971. In May of 2011, he became vice president and Western Region underwriting counsel for Title Resources, where he engages in underwriting in all areas of real estate law for the states of California, Arizona, and Colorado. Michael has taught real estate and legal courses at various community colleges and universities since 1976 and now offers continuing education courses for TRGC agents throughout the Western Region.
He has served on the Forms and Practices Committee of the California Land Title Association. He is former president and member of the board of trustees of the Law Library Justice Foundation in San Diego. He also served as president and director of the Thomas More Society and of Noah Homes, a nonprofit organization providing housing for developmentally disabled adults. He is currently on the board of Noah's Ark Angel Foundation and has served as vice chair and member of the Real Property Law Executive Committee of the California State Bar Association.
Robert E. "Bob" Rice

Bob Rice joined Title Resources as Western Regional Counsel in 2016 with over 18 years of
legal and title insurance experience. Prior to joining Title Resources
Bob served as regional counsel for several national title insurance

insurance industry, Bob was in private law practice in Boise, Idaho where his
practice was composed of business and real estate-related matters including

Prior to joining the company, she spent 3 years as claims counsel and 15 years in various underwriting positions for a large national title insurer. In those positions, she underwrote transactions in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and Oregon. Gretchen provides continuing legal education credits regarding title and escrow regulatory changes and concerns.

Paul entered the title industry nearly 25 years ago doing stand-up title abstracts in Louisiana. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana and his law degree from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Paul entered into private practice with an emphasis in real estate in Louisiana and Texas.
In April 2002, Paul joined a law firm in Dallas specializing in title curative and title issues arising in connection with foreclosure. Paul joined Title Resources in June 2006 as claims counsel.

The first case Randy worked on
fresh out of law school involved a title dispute to an Oklahoma
ranch. He has been litigating real estate disputes and title matters
since. Prior to joining Title Resources, Randy worked as a litigation and
managing attorney for a national title insurer’s Texas litigation group.
Throughout his legal career, Randy has represented clients ranging from
Fortune 500 companies and national mortgage lenders to local developers and
individual home owners. He has tried numerous cases to both judge and
jury and served as lead attorney on more than thirty published appellate
decisions involving real estate matters.
Randy received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, Arlington and his law degree
from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is admitted to practice
in all Texas and Oklahoma State courts, all Texas Federal District court and
the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
